Intermittent Problems

| 2. | All cables and power cords are securely connected to the rear of |

| the Dock I and to the attached options. |
| 3. | When the Dock I is turned on, air is flowing from the louvers on |
|
| the back side of the Dock I. If there is no air flow, the fan is not |
|
| working. This causes the Dock I to overheat and shut down. |
| 4. | The SCSI device is correctly terminated. |
| If the above items are correct and the problem still occurs, write | |
| down what the problem is and what the system was doing when the | |
| problem occurs. Then contact your place of purchase or service | |
| representative for help. | |
