To start up OS/2 2.1 from the additional hard disk, you must use
the Boot Manager.
Note
In the Start Up menu, click on the “Reset” icon for the Boot
Manager to start up correctly.

Reset
Have the OS/2 Installation Diskette and Diskette 1 that is supplied
with OS/2 2.1. To start up the operating system from the additional
hard disk, do the following.
1.
Install the additional hard disk
in the Dock I.
2.
Attach the computer to the
Dock I.
