DVFO scan watch qSelect memory mode.

•Select a memory bank, if desired.

wPush [MODE•SCAN] for 1 sec. to start memory/bank scan, if desired.

When scanning memory/bank channels:

Starts memory/bank scan first. Memory/bank scan can- not be started after VFO scan is started.

•During VFO scan watch

Searches VFO frequen- cies for 5 sec.

Pauses on a memory (bank) channel when a signal is received.

ePush [TS•SET] for 1 sec. to enter set mode. rRotate [DIAL] to select “PRIO” item.

tWhile pushing [FUNC], rotate to turn the priority watch ON.

•Select “BELL” if the priority beep function is necessary.

yPush [TS•SET] to exit set mode and start the watch.

•“PRIO” indicator appears.

uPush [MODE•SCAN] for 1 sec. to enter scan type selection condition.

iRotate [DIAL] to select the desired scan type from “ALL,”

“BAND” and “PROGxx (xx= 0–24).”

oPush [MODE•SCAN] to start the VFO scan watch.

•The receiver checks the memory channel(s) every 5 sec.

•The watch resumes according to the selected scan resume con- dition. (p. 31)

!0Push [TS•SET] to cancel the watch and scan.
