AJUSTE DEL INTERRUPTOR DE PRESIÓN (cuando se usa)

PARA VERIFICAR LA PRESION DE DESCARGA MAXIMA (Punto superior de disparo del presostato)

Cerrar lentamente la válvula de aislamiento colocada próxima al compresor. Observar la elevación de la presión y asegurar que el presostato abre (y descarga el compresor) a la presión máxima de descarga correcta.

La presión máxima de descarga se muestra en la chapa de datos de la máquina.

NUNCA deberán excederse estos valores.

Observar la caida de presión en la línea y anotar el punto en el cual cierra el presostato (y carga el compresor).

PARA AJUSTAR EL PUNTO FIJADO SUPERIOR

Quitar la tapa transparente y girar el ajustador (1). Se moverá el marcador rojo. Girar éste en sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj para incrementar el punto fijado, y en el mismo sentido para disminuirlo.

Quitar la tapa transparente y girar el ajustador (2). Se moverá el marcador rojo. Girar éste en sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj para incrementar el punto fijado, y en el mismo sentido para disminuirlo.

NOTA

La escala del presostato se ofrece sólo a título orientativo. Usar el manómetro de la máquina para verificar los puntos fijados superior e inferior.
