RÉGLAGE DE LA VALVE DE COMMANDE DE MODULATION

S’assurer que le compresseur est isolé du système d’air comprimé en fermant le robinet d’isolement et en dissipant la pression du collecteur de condensat.

S’assurer que le sectionneur principal est verrouillé en position ouverte et étiqueté.

1.Mettre le compresseur en mode MODULATION en plaçant le sélecteur de mode SS en position ” MODULATION ”. (modèles non équipés de l’Intellisys).

2.Déposer la douille en plastique de 1/4 in. du raccord en T (18) dans la valve de régulation.

Connecter un manomètre à cet orifice.

3.Desserrer le contre–écrou de la vis de réglage et le déloger en 3 rotations. Voir la figure 2.

4.Mettre le sectionneur principal sur la position fermée (marche).

5.Ouvrir le robinet d’isolement et démarrer le compresseur.

6.Régler le robinet d’isolement de sorte à amener la pression d’air de décharge au niveau de la pression de décharge nominale (100, 125,

140ou 200 psig).

7.Tout en maintenant la pression de décharge nominale, tourner la vis de réglage sur la valve de modulation (voir figure 2) de sorte que le manomètre de vérification affiche la mesure suivante :

30 psig pour une modulation à 60 % de la capacité.

Serrer le contre–écrou de réglage.

8.Appuyer sur ARRÊT DÉCHARGÉ. Attendre que la pression du carter d’huile soit nulle.

Fermer le robinet d’isolement ou évacuer tout l’air du système.

9.Mettre le compresseur dans le mode de commande désiré.

10.Déposer le manomètre de vérification et replacer la douille en plastique de 1/4 in.
