AJUSTE DA VÁLVULA DE CONTROLO DA MODULAÇÃO

Assegure–se de que o compressor fica isolado do sistema de ar comprimido, fechando a válvula de isolamento e eliminando a pressão através da perna de gotejamento.

Certifique–se de que o interruptor de desligamento principal fica trancado na posição aberta e etiquetado.

1.Coloque o compressor no modo de Modulação (MODULATION), deslocando o interruptor selector de controlo (SS) para a posição ”MODULATION”. (Modelos não Intellisys).

2.Retire o bujão de plástico de 1/4 de polegada do encaixe em T (18) na válvula reguladora.

Ligue um manómetro a esta porta.

3.Afrouxe a contraporca do parafuso de ajuste. Desaperte o parafuso de ajuste 3 voltas. Consulte a Figura 2

4.Coloque o interruptor de desligamento principal na posição ligada (ON).

5.Abra a válvula de isolamento e ligue o compressor.

6.Ajuste a válvula de isolamento para fazer com que a pressão de descarga de ar atinja a pressão de descarga nominal (100, 125, 140 ou 200 psig).

7.Mantendo a pressão de descarga nominal, rode o parafuso de ajuste na válvula de modulação (consulte a Figura 2) até que o manómetro de teste leia:

30 psig para modulação de 60%.

Aperte a contraporca do parafuso de ajuste.

8.Prima o botão UNLOADED STOP. Aguarde até que a pressão do cárter atinja 0 psig.

Feche a válvula de isolamento ou elimine todo o ar do sistema.

9.Coloque o compressor no modo de controlo desejado.

10.Retire o manómetro de teste e volte a colocar o bujão de plástico de 1/4 de polegada.
