REGLAGE DU CONTACTEUR DE PRESSION (lorsqu’on l’utilise)

REFOULEMENT MAXIMUM (Point de déclenchement supérieur)

Fermer lentement la vanne d’isolation située à côté du compresseur.Observer la montée en pression et s’assurer que le pressostat s’ouvre (et décharge le compresseur) à la pression de refoulement maximum correct.

La pression maximum de sortie est indiquée sur la plaque constructeur de la machine.

NE DEPASSEZ PAS ces chiffres.

VERIFICATION DU POINT DE CALAGE INFERIEUR

Observer la chute de pression en ligne et noter la pression à laquelle le pressostat se ferme (et charge le compresseur).

REGLAGE DU POINT DE CALAGE SUPERIEUR

Déposez le capot transparent et faites tourner le système de réglage [1]. L’aiguille rouge va se déplacer. Faites tourner le système de réglage dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre pour augmenter le point de calage ou dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour l’abaisser.

Déposez le capot transparent et faites tourner le système de réglage [2]. L’aiguille verte va se déplacer. Faites tourner le système de réglage dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre pour augmenter le point de calage ou dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour l’abaisser.

REMARQUE

L’échelle du manocontact sert uniquement de guide. Utilisez le manomètre pour vérifier les points de calage supérieurs et inférieurs.
