4.Ligue o interruptor de corte eléctrico ou desligue no abastecimento eléctrico. O indicador Energia ligada (5) acende–se, indicando que as voltagens de linha e de controlo estão presentes.

5.Verifique o sentido de ROTAÇÃO no arranque inicial ou no seguimento de uma interrupção no abastecimento eléctrico.

ADVERTÊNCIA

Certifique–se que as todas as guardas de protecção estão no lugar.

A exaustão do fluxo de ar de arrefecimento pode conter resíduos em suspensão. Para evitar ferimentos deve usar sempre Protecção de Segurança.

ARRANQUE

1.Carregue no botão RESET (REARMAR) (8). O indicador de avaria

(7) apaga–se. Coloque o interruptor LIGADO/DESLIGADO (4) para a posição ON. O compressor arranca e carrega–se automaticamente.

PARAGEM NORMAL/EMERGÊNCIA

1.Coloque o interruptor LIGADO/DESLIGADO (4) na posição OFF. O compressor descarrega–se e pára.

2.Carregue no botão de PARAGEM DE EMERGÊNCIA (3) e o compressor pára imediatamente.

3.Desligue o interruptor de corte.

PRECAUÇÃO

Após uma paragem nunca deixe a unidade ficar ao ralenti com pressão no sistema depósito/separador.

Para os clientes que experimentem interrupções na sua fonte de alimentação para o compressor e que tenham de manter uma fonte ininterrupta de ar comprimido, a Opção de Rearranque Após Falha de Corrente permite a um compressor Intellisys arrancar novamente entre 10 a 120 segundos (ajustáveis) depois da alimentação ser restabelecida.

TESTE DE FUNÇÃO

Para testar o funcionamento da Opção de Rearranque Após Falha de Electricidade:

1.Abra lentamente a válvula de corte principal.

2.Arranque com o compressor.

3O compressor carrega automaticamente se houver chamada de ar suficiente. Deixe o compressor carregar.

4.Abra o interruptor de corte da rede principal para cortar a corrente ao compressor.

5.Feche o interruptor de corte da rede principal para restabelecer o abastecimento de corrente ao compressor. A buzina toca durante dez segundos; depois o compressor arranca automaticamente.
