Discarded - number of datagrams discarded
Bad Routes - number of datagrams with a bad route
Fragments Needing Reassembly - # of fragmented datagrams
Datagrams Successfully Reassembled - # of broken datagrams successfully reassembled
Reassembly Failures - # of broken datagrams unsuccessfully reassembled
