REMOVING THE LID
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Turn off the water going to the dishwasher.
3. Disconnect the drain line from the dish-
washer.
4. Remove dishwasher drawer for the lid you
wish to service (see page 4-9 for the
procedure).
5. Position the dishwasher drawer to the
side, out of the way. Be careful not to
stress the hoses and wiring.
NOTE: There are four locking arms inside the
cabinet, (two on each side, as shown below),
holding the lid in place. You will need to release
these four arms to remove the lid.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
WARNING
6. Insert a regular screwdriver blade into the
slot of one of the front locking arms.
7. Pry down on the screwdriver far enough to
fully depress the locking arm.
8. Pull down on the lid so it just clears the
arm.
NOTE: Check the rubber seals on the top of the
lid for wear. Replace the lid, if necessary.
