1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Check resistance of element; replace heater plate if necessary.

Temperature Sensor Failed

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Check resistance of temperature sensor; replace heater plate if necessary.

Bad Wiring Or Connections

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Check element edge connector, wiring and electronic controller connection.

Electronic Controller Failed

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Replace electronic controller if necessary.

FLOOD SWITCH ACTIVATED

Lid Not Sealing Correctly

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Remove lid and repair or replace lid or motor assembly.

Water Valve Leaking

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Tighten connections or replace valve as necessary.

Spray Arm Is Split

Replace spray arm.

Spray Arm Not Turning Freely

Clear any obstructions to spray arm.

Split Inlet Hose

Replace inlet hose.

Split Drain Hose

Replace drain hose.

Blocked Drain Hose

Clear hose blockage.

Heater Plate O-Ring Leaks

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Replace o-rings on heater plate.

Moisture / Foreign Matter On Chassis Board Flood Switch PCB

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Clean chassis PC board and flood switch area.

Power Failure To Lower Tub Causes Flood Error Code On Top Tub

1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

2.Replace chassis PC board.
