Printer menu keys and operator panel texts are written in bold.

Option values are written in “quotation marks”.

Section titles and book titles are written in italic.

On screen text is written in Courier typeface.

NKeyboard keys are written in angle brackets, e.g. <Enter> or <F1>. On screen push buttons are marked like this Ok.
