If you are not fully satisfied with the OneTouch® SureStep® System, you may receive a full refund by calling a OneTouch® Customer Services Representative at

1800 663-5521 (Canada) within 30 days of purchase. You will need to return the OneTouch® SureStep® Meter and a copy of your receipt to receive a refund. The Warranty Policy does not apply to the perfor- mance of the OneTouch® SureStep® Meter when used with any test strip other than OneTouch® SureStep® Test Strips from LifeScan, or when the OneTouch® SureStep® Meter or Test Strips are modified in any way.

This warranty is in lieu of all other war- ranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fit- ness for a particular purpose.

Three–Year Warranty

The OneTouch® SureStep® Meter has a full

3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If, at any time during the first 3 years after purchase, the meter does not work for any reasons (except for obvious abuse), LifeScan will replace it with a new meter or equivalent product free of charge.

The Warranty Policy applies only to the original purchaser of this meter and does not include the batteries supplied with the meter.
