Disconnect input power by remov- ing plug from receptacle before working inside MIG-PAK. Use only grounded receptacle. Do not touch electrically “hot” parts inside MIG- PAK.

Have qualified personnel do the maintenance and trouble shooting work.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

POWER SOURCE COMPARTMENT

No user serviceable parts inside! Do not attempt to perform service in the power source (fixed) side of the MIG-PAK. Take the unit to an authorized Lincoln Service Center if you experience problems. NO maintenance is required.

Dentro de la máquina no hay partes a las que el usuario pueda dar servicio! No intente dar servicio al área de la fuente de poder (fija) de la MIG-PAK. Si se presentan prob- lemas, lleve la unidad a un Centro de Servicio Autorizado de Lincoln. NO se requiere mantenimiento.

WIRE FEED COMPARTMENT

1.When necessary, vacuum accumulated dirt from gearbox and wire feed section.

2.Occasionally inspect the incoming guide tube and clean inside diameter is necessary.

3.Motor and gearbox have lifetime lubrication and require no maintenance.

FAN MOTOR

Has lifetime lubrication — requires no maintenance.

WIRE REEL SPINDLE

Requires no maintenance. Do not lubricate shaft.

COMPARTIMIENTO DE ALIMENTACIÓN DE ALAMBRE

1.Cuando sea necesario, elimine por aspiración la suciedad acumulada en la caja de engranajes y en la sección de alimentación de alambre.

2.Revise periodicamente el tubo guía de entrada y limpie el diámetro interno si es necesario.

3.El motor y la caja de engranajes tienen una lubricación de por vida y no requieren mantenimiento.
