12. ADVANCED PROGRAMMING

To perform any of the advanced programming steps, the Console must be in the Setup Mode.

Each programming function is performed with similar keystrokes. After the Console is in Setup Mode, enter the programming step number, press the [HOME] key (HOME = program), enter the new value, and press the [AWAY] key (AWAY = store). Follow the figures next to the programming steps.

HOME = PROGRAMTEST = REMOVE
AWAY = STORE
SETUP MODE

Start with the Console in Test Mode (Setup Mode cannot be reached from any other mode).

From Test Mode, enter the master user code then press [TEST].

NOTE: Only the master user code can be used to put the Console into the Setup Mode. The restricted user codes cannot access Setup Mode.

A “gong” and five “beeps” will sound, signaling that the Console is in Setup Mode.

Hold the [OFF] key for three seconds when you want to exit Setup Mode.

NOTE: If the Console is left unattended in Setup Mode, it will automatically switch back to Off Mode after three minutes.
