Using Xprint V7.0 options

-vmvertical_motion

This option is used to specify the number of lines to be printed per inch.

Selecting the layup

Many printers can print in PORTRAIT and in LANDSCAPE format. In most cases the default is PORTRAIT. The following figure illustrates the possible settings:

The page layup can be changed with the following option:

-lslayup_specification

This option specifies whether a print job is to be printed in PORTRAIT or in LANDSCAPE format.
