10.4 Procedures for Using GTWIN

8.Save the screen file.

Save the screen file that has been created.

Click on “File” on the menu bar, and then on “Save As”.

The “Save File” message dialog box is displayed. Confirm the contents carefully, and then save the file under any desired file name.

With GTWIN, multiple files are saved (although treated as a single file by GTWIN). Because of this, a folder with the same name as the name of the file is automatically created in GTWIN when the file is saved, under the folder to which the file is being saved, and multiple files are saved in that folder. Please be aware of this when saving files.

9.Transfer the file to the GT.

Send the screen file that has been created to the GT, by clicking on “File” on the menu bar, and then on “Transfer”.

For information on how to transfer screen files, please refer to GTWIN Help function.

10.Print the screen contents.

Clicking on “File” on the menu bar and then on “Print” displays a dialog box where the screen file can be printed.

Clicking on “File” on the menu bar and then on “Print Pattern” displays a dialog box where the print pattern can be specified.

To enter printer settings, click on “File” on the menu bar and then on “Printer Setup (R)”.

For information on printing methods, setting print patterns, and

entering printer settings, please refer to GTWIN Help function.
