Setting Dual Disk Configuration by the RDR (Rapid Disk Resync) function

On a model supporting the RDR function, dual disk configuration is set for each pair of disks by the RDR function of the ft control software. By setting RDR, duplication is configured with disks in the corresponding slots as shown below, and each pair of disks is recognized as one virtual disk from Windows (the disk manager or the device manager, etc.).

IMPORTANT:

To perform this procedure, you need to log on as “Administrator” or a member of the group “Administrators”.

RDR can be set only to the built-in basic disk. It cannot be set to the dinamic disk or the external disk.

For RDR setting, use disks whose entire capacities are the same.

Make sure to set RDR not only when installing OS but also when adding disks to the PCI modules.
