Installation - User Software
1.Run the InterNet Printing Port (IPP) installation program SETUP.EXE
2.Default values for the installation are:
■Directory - C:\Program Files\Internet_Printer
■Start Menu folder - InterNet Printing Port Driver
3.You will then see the Configure Port screen, as shown in the following screenshot.
4. The following data must be provided.
Port Name | Enter a descriptive name (e.g. "WAN") for the new |
| printer port. |
Remote Printer | The |

Mail Server Nameor IP Address | This is the name or IP Address of your Mail Server. If |
| you are on a LAN, ask the LAN Administrator. If using a |

Your Internet | The normal address that people use to send you |
Retry Interval (Seconds) | If unable to connect to the |
| time period (1 to 255 seconds, 30 is usually OK). |
Reply Notification Mail | Check to receive an |

5. On completion, a new printer port will have been created.
