Transfer a call
To use the Transfer feature to redirect a call to a third party
1. Press the R (Recall) key.

2.Enter the number to which the call is to be transferred.
Note: You can speak to the third party before transferring the call.
3.Press the R (Recall) key to transfer the call to the third party.
Note: If the third party does not answer, press the R (Recall) key again to reconnect to the original call.
4.Press the Hook key to disconnect from the call.
Note: You can disconnect from the call before the third party answers (Blind transfer).
Use the Handsfree feature to communicate with the call party while you work. Before using the optional headset, activate Handsfree.
Place the handset upright on a smooth, flat surface, leaving the microphone and loudspeaker free of obstruction. Maintain a maximum distance of 0.5 m between you and the handset when speaking.
