3. Telephone
–The caller information does not include a telephone number.

1Press {CALLER ID}.
2Press {A} to search from the most recent caller information.
Press {B} to search from the oldest caller information.
L If you need to edit the telephone number, see page 21.

L(1) means this call has already been
viewed or answered.
LTo change the display of the caller information, press {CALLER ID} repeatedly.
Display while viewing
When no calls have been received, the display will show “NO CALLER DATA”.
When the unit could not receive a name, the display will show “NO NAME RCVD”.
To stop viewing
Press {STOP} after step 2.
3.5.1Editing a caller’s telephone number before calling back
1Press {CALLER ID}.
2Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to display the desired entry.
3Press {CALLER ID} to display the telephone number.
4Press dial key (0 to 9) or {*} to enter the editing mode and edit the telephone number.
5Press {MONITOR}
L The unit will start dialling automatically. L To send a fax - insert the document FACE
DOWN and press {FAX/START}.
Note:
LThe edited telephone number will not be saved in the caller information. To save in the directory, see page 22.
3.5.2Erasing all caller information
1Press {MENU} repeatedly to display “CALLER SET UP”.
2Press {SET}.
3Press {SET}.
LTo cancel erasing, press {STOP}, then
{MENU}.
4Press {SET}.
5Press {STOP}.
3.5.3Erasing specific caller information
1Press {CALLER ID}.
2Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to display the desired entry.
3Press {<}.
LTo cancel erasing, press {STOP}.
4Press {SET}.
LTo erase other entries, repeat step 2 to 4.
5Press {STOP}.
Another method to erase a specific caller information
1.Press {CALLER ID}.
2.Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to display the desired entry.
3.Press {ERASE}.
LTo erase other entries, repeat step 2 to 3.
4.Press {STOP}.
