Errors on the display o f the Digital Pocket Memo
The Digital Pocket Memo displ ays the error message:

This is no failure. This mes sage is displayed, when no dict ation files are on the device when you
connect it to the LAN Do cking Station and it tries to up load dictations to the FTP ser ver.

Verify if you have configured the F TP settings properly
Verify if you have configured the F TP settings for firmware upgr ade properly
File upload
File upload does not work, b ut the LAN Docking Station show s up in the
Administration Tool
Verify if you have configured the L AN Docking Station with th e correct FTP settings?
Not all dictations a re uploaded to the FTP server
Open the LAN Docki ng Station configuration inte rface by entering its IP add ress in your Web
browser or using the LAN D ocking Station Administr ation Tool and check the ‘Automatic file
upload’ settings. Ac tivate LAN DOCKING STATION DEFIN ES UPLOAD SETTINGS and se lect
UPLOAD ALL DICTATION FILES.
