Copy Functions

This mode blanks out all areas of the copy image except the area you choose.

Border Erase

APress the [Edit/Stamp] key.

Reference

The erase width in the Border, Center and Center/Border modes is set to 10mm (0.4”) at default settings. You can change this settings with the User Tools. ⇒ p.104 “Erase Center Width”, ⇒ p.103 “Erase Border Width”

❒The relation between the original orientation and the erased part is as follows:

BPress the [Erase] key.

CPress the [Erase Center/Border] key. DSet the erase border width.

Selecting [Same Width]

APress the [Same Width] key.

BSet an erase border width with the [n] and [o] keys.

Note

❒To change the value entered, press the [n] and [o] keys to set the new value.

CPress the [OK] key.
