Answering and ending calls

Manage settings for answeing and ending calls.

From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings >

Applications > Call > Answering and ending calls to configure options:

•Answer calls by:

–Pressing the home key: When enabled, you can answer incoming calls by pressing the Home key.

–Voice control: When turned on, you can answer calls by speaking commands. Tap the ON/OFF switch to turn Voice control on, and then tap Voice control to configure the Incoming calls option. When enabled, you can answer or reject calls with the voice commands "Answer" and "Reject". When you answer a call with a voice command, the Speaker will automatically turn on for hands-free calls.

–Waving hand over device: Wave your hand over the display to answer incoming calls.

•End calls by:

–Pressing the power key: When enabled, you can end calls by pressing the Power/Lock key. In this case, pressing the power key during a call will not lock the screen.

Call notification pop-ups

When enabled, incoming call notifications will display in a pop-up window when another application is open on the screen.

1.From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings >

Applications > Call.

2.Tap the checkbox beside Call notification pop-upsto enable or disable the option.

In-call status pop-ups

When enabled, current call status information will display in a pop-up window when another application is open on the screen.

1.From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings >

Applications > Call.

2.Tap the checkbox beside In-call status pop-upsto enable or disable the option.
