RECETA PARA LA FUNCIÓN DE PANES RÁPIDOS “QUICKBREAD

Pan de Chocolate y Nuez

1/2 taza de nueces picadas

1/2 taza de piezas de chocolate semi amargo 2 tazas de harina, divididas

3 huevos grandes, ligeramente batidos 1/3 taza de aceite vegetal o de canola 2 cuta. de polvo para hornear

1 cuta. de bicarbonato de sodio

3/4 taza de azúcar

1 cuta. de canela molida

1 cuta. de ralladura de cáscara de naranja 1/2 cuta. de sal

1/2 cuta. de pimienta inglesa

2-1/2 tazas de calabacines rayados, aproximadamente 2 calabacines medianos

1En un tazón pequeño, combine las nueces, el chocolate y 2 Cu. de harina, mezcle bien y coloque a un lado.

2Rocíe el recipiente para hornear pan y la cuchilla amasadora con rocío antiadherente para cocinar.

3Coloque la cuchilla amasadora dentro del recipiente para pan.

4Coloque los ingredientes dentro del recipiente para pan en el siguiente orden: huevos, aceite, el sobrante de la harina, polvo para hornear, bicarbonato de sodio, azúcar, canela, naranja, sal, y pimienta inglesa. Añada los calabacines y después la nuez y chocolate enharinados junto con la harina sobrante del tazón.

5Inserte cuidadosamente el recipiente para hornear el pan dentro del aparato y cierre lentamente la tapa.

6Conecte el cable eléctrico en una toma de corriente.

7Presione el botón de Menú hasta que el programa de pan rápido “Quickbread” sea seleccionado.

8Presione el botón de inicio “Start”.

9Deje que el ciclo de horneado se complete, presione el botón detener “Stop”.

10 Abra la tapa, póngase guantes protectores, tome el asa del recipiente para hornear pan y jale el recipiente suavemente hacia arriba fuera de la máquina.

CUIDADO: ¡La máquina y el recipiente para hornear pan pueden estar muy calientes! Siempre manéjelos con cuidado.

11Desconecte la máquina para hacer pan y deje que el pan se enfríe antes de sacarlo del recipiente donde fue horneado.

12Utilice una espátula antiadherente para aflojar suavemente los lados del pan del recipiente. Voltee el recipiente hacia abajo colocándolo sobre una rejilla metálica o sobre una superficie limpia y agítelo suavemente hasta que el pan caiga sobre la rejilla.

13Voltee el pan hacia arriba y enfríe durante 20 minutos antes de rebanarlo.
