de Jaleas “Jam”

Jalea de Durazno o Melocotón

1 taza de azúcar

1 Cu. de pectina de fruta baja en azúcar

2 Cu. de duraznos o melocotones congelados y rebanados, descongele antes

1/2 cuta. de clavo molido 1/4 cuta. de nuez moscada 2 cuta. de jugo de limón

Mermelada

1Coloque la cuchilla amasadora dentro del recipiente para pan.

2Coloque los ingredientes dentro del recipiente para pan en el siguiente orden: agua, pectina, duraznos, clavo, nuez moscada y jugo de limón.

3Inserte cuidadosamente el recipiente para hornear el pan dentro del aparato y cierre lentamente la tapa.

4Conecte el cable eléctrico en una toma de corriente.

5Presione el botón de Menú hasta que el programa de jaleas “Jam” sea seleccionado.

6Presione el botón de inicio “Start”.

7Deje que el ciclo de preparación de jalea se complete.

8Abra la tapa, póngase guantes protectores, tome el asa del recipiente para hornear pan y jale el recipiente suavemente hacia arriba fuera de la máquina.

CUIDADO: ¡La máquina y el recipiente pueden estar muy calientes! Siempre manéjelos con cuidado.

9Desconecte la máquina para hacer pan y deje que la jalea se enfríe.

10Usando guantes protectores, vierta cuidadosamente la jalea dentro de un contenedor metálico o de vidrio.

11Cubra y refrigere.

12La jalea se conservará almacenada en el refrigerador de 2 a 3 semanas.
