Mezcle 1 clara de huevo ligeramente batida con 1 Cu. de agua.

NOTA: Para mantener fresca durante varios días la yema de huevo que no utilice, colóquela en un recipiente, cúbrala con agua fría, tape el recipiente y almacene en el refrigerador.

Glaseado de Mantequilla Dorada

2 Cu. de margarina o mantequilla

2/3 taza de azúcar en polvo

1/2 cuta. de vainilla

4 cuta. de leche
