NOTE
If anerror is detected, *TST? stops andreturns an error code and
doesnot complete any remaining tests.It also places a device
dependent event in the event queue.
*TST?
might return the value 115, indicatingthat the system timer is not work-
ing correctly.
VERBOSE
The VERBOSE command sets and queries the VerboseHeader State that
controls the lengthof headers on query responses. This command does not
affect IEEE Std 488.2 Common Commands (those startingw ithan asterisk).

ON or <NRf> ΒΈ0 sets the VerboseHeader State TRUE , which returns
full-length headers forapplicable setting queries.
OFF or <NRf> = 0 sets the VerboseHeader State FALSE, which returns
minimum-length headers forapplicable setting queries.
VERBOSE ON
sets the VerboseHeader State TRUE .
VERBOSE?
might return the value 1, showing that the VerboseHeader State is
TRUE.
