Chapter 2 - Access the System

2.3.1Login

Procedure

1.Index employee I.D. #.

2.Press {LOGIN/LOGOUT}.

3.If prompted, index the user’s password and press {TOTAL}.

4.If prompted, select the Job Code for this shift.

5.If the Job Code requires a Bank Loan, select {LOAN}.

•Index the amount of the loan and press {ENTER}.

•Press {YES} to confirm the amount.

2.3.2Logout

NOTE: This procedure is not necessary if the Job Code is set for Auto Logout, or if another user logs into the workstation.

Procedure

1.Index {0} and press {LOGIN/LOGOUT}.
