I am unable to login | Step 1: Make sure that the PC is turned on and logged into Windows. Ensure USB cable is |

| Step 2: Make sure you have an AIM or MSN/WLM account already set up. |
| |
| Step 3: Open browser and go to www.vtechphones.com to check that your internet connection |
| |
| is working. If your internet does not work, contact your Internet Service Provider. |
| |
| Step 4: Close IS6110 Software. Try logging into AIM or MSN/WLM on your computer and use the |
| |
| chat feature. If you are unable to chat using either AIM or MSN/WLM software on your |
| |
| computer, you will not be able to chat using the IS6110 phone. (See the next step) |
| |
| Step 5: If you are unable to use AIM or MSN/WLM on your computer, it may be due to a firewall |
| |
| software or hardware such as a router. You may need to configure your firewall software |
| |
| or hardware to allow AIM or MSN to go through the ports required by AOL or Microsoft. |
| |
| The settings below are provided by AIM and MSN/WLM to configure the ports and are |
| |
| not a requirement of VTech. If you need assistance in configuring your firewall settings, |
| |
| please contact the software or hardware manufacturer of your firewall or router. |
