Filtering the Messages by Type

Each message in the Message Viewer and Job History window is assigned an icon to denote the message type:

Error

By default, all message types are listed in the Message Viewer. You can filter the list in order to view only messages of certain types.

Note: If the message type is not selected, messages of this type do not appear in the list.

¾Click any message type icon—for example, Error— in order not to list such messages.

The list updates accordingly.

To print the message list:

1.Filter and sort the list as desired (the data is printed according to the current filtering and sorting).

2.Click Print List.

The Print window is displayed.

3.Set the printing options as desired, and then click OK.
