Paper Jams

Control Panel Message	Corrective Action

4 Holding the laser print cartridge as shown, lower it into the printer’s guide channels.

Be sure to push the cartridge all the way into the printer.

5 Slowly close the front cover. Press the center part of the top cover until it latches into place.

6 Check the Control Panel display. If the jam has been cleared and all covers are closed, the display will show Ready. If a paper jam message remains, there is still paper jammed in the printer. Refer to Table 5.1 on page 5-6 for instructions.
