Troubleshooting

1 Check cables/drops. Are the LEDs active?

2 Print Settings. Check Enabled=ON, IPADDRESS=dhcp/

bootp/static (make sure the IP Address resolution is set

properly. Use DHCP if your network uses a DHCP server to

assign IP addresses. Use RARP/BOOTP if your network uses

BOOTP to assign IP addresses, and use STATIC if you wish

to assign a specific IP address).

You may set a Static IP Address form the control

panel if your printer has one. If you are connected

to a network with a Xerox CentreDirect External

Print Server (External Ethernet Adapter) then use

ARP or NBMON Utility to set a Static IP Address.
