Setting up the SECURITY function

This projector is equipped with a security function. A password input screen can be displayed, or a company URL can be set up and displayed at the bottom of the projected image.

LAMP RUNTIME

This setting displays the usage time for the lamp unit which is currently being used.

NOTE:

BThe lamp’s operating life varies depending on the usage conditions (such as the LAMP POWER setting and the number of times the power is turned on and off).

This assigns a function to the F1 button of the ET-RM200 wireless remote control unit (sold separately).

AUTO POW.OFF

If any signal is not input into the projector during the time that you set up, the projector will return to standby mode. The auto power off time can be set to, from 15 minutes to 60 minutes, by 5 minutes. If you don't use this feature, set it to “DISABLE”. This feature will not function when using the freeze function.

Use the F and G buttons on the projector or remote control unit to select SECURITY, then press the ENTER button.

The password input screen can be displayed when the power is turned on. All of the controls other than the POWER button are disabled unless the password is entered correctly.

Passwords can be changed.Press the ENTER button to display the AMEND PASSWD screen.
