Password

This item lets you select whether to permit free or limited access to the setup menus.

When PASSWORD is set to ON, the operator must enter the password to access the setup menus.

1.Move the cursor to the PASSWORD parameter in the SYSTEM SETUP menu.

2.Select either ON or OFF by pressing the A or B button.

ON: Enables limited access to the menus.

OFF: Enables freely access to the menus.

The factory default setting is OFF.

Password Registration

Enter a 4-digit password consisting of numbers from 1 to 9 (except 0).

Password is required to access to the WJ-FS616C SETUP MENU.

1.Select ON by pressing the A or B button.

The password editing area shown in the figure will appear in the menu.

2.Press the [HOME/SET] button to move the cursor to the first digit in the editing area.

3.Move the cursor to the position to be edited in the edit- ing area by pressing the C or D button.

4.Select the desired number by pressing the A or B but- ton.

Note: Numbers can also be input directory with the [CAMERA (1 – 9)] buttons.

5.Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all digits are registered.

6.Press the [SET UP/ESC] button to execute the settings and the cursor returns to ON position in the menu.

7.After finishing the settings, press the [SET UP/ESC] but- ton to execute the settings and return to the previous

SETUP MENU.
