PROGRAM AE (Automatic Exposure)
✤The PROGRAM AE function works in CAMERA mode only.
✤The PROGRAM AE modes allow you to adjust shutter speeds and apertures to suit different recording conditions.
✤There are 6 automatic exposure modes.
✤The flicker appears when photographing from the interior fluorescent lamp lower part.
1.AUTO mode
■Auto balance between the subject and the background.
■Used in normal conditions.
■The shutter speed automatically varies from 1/50 to 1/250 second, depending on the picture.
2.SPORTS mode ( 
)
■For shooting people or objects moving quickly; you should able to play back the picture in slow motion on an 8 mm VCR or stop on a given image with very little blur.
3.PORTRAIT mode ( 
)
■For focusing on the subject and not the background.
The PORTRAIT mode is most effective when used outdoors.
■The shutter speed automatically varies from 1/50 to 1/1000 second, depending on the picture.
4.SPOTLIGHT mode ( 
)
■To shoot correctly when there is only light on the subject and not the rest of the picture.
■The shutter speed is 1/50 second.
5.SAND/SNOW mode ( 
)
■For shooting when the people or objects are darker than the background because of reflected light from sand or snow.
■The shutter speed automatically varies from 1/50 to 1/250 second, depending on the picture.
6.HSS (High Speed Shutter) mode ( 
)
■For shooting
■You may need to light the shooting area.

Automatische Belichtungsprogramme verwenden (P.AE)
✤Die Belichtungsprogramme (P.AE) stehen nur im CAMERA- Modus (Aufnahme/Aufnahmebereitschaft) zur Verfügung.
✤Durch die Auswahl des Belichtungsprogramms können Sie Belichtungszeit und Blendenöffnung an die Aufnahmeszene anpassen. Außerdem können Sie mit dem Belichtungsprogramm die Tiefenschärfe bestimmen.
✤Sechs Belichtungsprogramme stehen zur Auswahl.
✤Beim Aufnehmen in Innenräumen bei Kunstlicht (Leuchtstoffröhren) kann ein Flimmern auftreten.
1.Belichtungsprogramm AUTO
■Automatischer Abgleich zwischen Motiv und Hintergrund.
■Für normale Aufnahmebedingungen.
■Die Belichtungszeit liegt je nach Szene zwischen 1/50 und 1/250 Sekunde.
2.Belichtungsprogramm SPORTS ( 
)
■Zum Filmen von Personen oder Objekten in schneller Bewegung. Wenn Sie die Aufnahme mit einem Videorecorder (8 mm) in Zeitlupe wiedergeben oder ein Standbild anzeigen, enthält das Wiedergabebild nur wenig Unschärfe.
3.Belichtungsprogramm PORTRAIT ( 
)
■Das Motiv im Vordergrund wird scharf abgebildet, der Hintergrund ist unscharf. Dieses Belichtungsprogramm eignet sich am besten für Außenaufnahmen.
■Die Belichtungszeit liegt je nach Szene zwischen 1/50 und 1/1000 Sekunde.
4.Belichtungsprogramm SPOTLIGHT ( 
)
■Dieses Belichtungsprogramm gleicht starke Beleuchtung eines Objekts bei unbeleuchteter Umgebung aus.
■Die Belichtungszeit liegt bei 1/50 Sekunde.
5.Belichtungsprogramm SAND/SNOW ( 
)
■Zum Filmen von Personen oder anderen Motiven, die auf- grund von Lichtreflexionen am Meer oder in Skigebieten dun- kler sind als der Hintergrund.
■Die Belichtungszeit liegt je nach Szene zwischen 1/50 und 1/250 Sekunde.
6.Belichtungsprogramm ( 
)
■Zum Filmen von Personen oder Objekten in sehr schneller Bewegung (z. B.
■In manchen Fällen ist es notwendig, die Szene zu beleuchten.
