TELEPHONE OPERATION

Turn Toll Saver On or Off

 

If you would like the answering system to pick up calls after only two rings when there are new messages, turn Toll Saver on. When Toll Saver is off, the answering system will pick up after the length of time you programmed for Ring Time.

1Press G.

2Press -until the screen displays TOLL SAVER, then press >.

3Press -or +to select a setting.

4Press Sto store the setting.

Erase All Settings and Return the Phone to Default

1Press G.

2Press -until the screen displays RESET ALL?.

3Press >. The screen displays:

Mute the

microphone

Prevents

interruptions

during a call

number called

– OR – Automatically redial a number when the line you’re calling is busy

Activate custom-calling services

4Press Xwithin three seconds to confirm the RESET ALL command. The screen displays:

Line-in-use lights

Line buttons

Adjust volume of ringer, handset, speakerphone, and headset

Activate temporary tone dialing

Activate hands-free calling for speakerphone

Activate hands-free calling for headset

Redirect an incoming call to any 964 phone

Initiate a three-party call

Put a caller on hold
