ERROR CODES FOR THE POWER WAVE® 455

The following is a list of possible error codes that the Power Feed10M Dual Wire Feeder can output via the dis- play on this user interface.

Note: For any Err # listed below write down the error number for reference and try cycling power to see if the error clears itself. If not, refer to the What to Do column for the given Err.

Single phase error

(L2).

 

 

 

Other

 

Error codes that contain three or four

 

 

digits are defined as fatal errors.

 

 

These codes generally indicate inter-

 

 

nal errors on the Power Source

 

 

Control Board. If cycling the input

 

 

power on the machine does not clear

 

 

the error, try reloading the operating

 

 

system. If this fails, replace the con-

 

 

trol board.
