UTILISATION DES BROSSES M#TALLIQUES EN FORME DE

Les brosses metalliques peuvent _tre utilisees pour enlever la rouille, le tartre et la peinture, et pour produire des surfaces lisses.

1.Laisser I'outilatteindre sa vitesse maximale avant de le mettre en contact avec la surface a, poncer.

2.Appuyer legerement sur la surface a, poncer pour laisser routil marcher a,sa vitesse maximale.

3. Maintenir un angle d'environ 5 a 10 o entre FIG.13 routil et la surface a,poncer dans le cas des

brosses metalliques en forme de coupelle.

4.Maintenir le contact entre le bord de la meule et la surface a, poncer dans le cas des brosses a, billes metalliques.

5.Deplacer I'outillentement vers ravant et vers rarriere pour eviter de rayer I'ouvrage.Le fait de laisser I'outilreposer sur rouvrage sans deplacer ce premier ou de le deplacer de fagon circulaire peut entraTner des br01ures et des marques circulaires sur I'ouvrage.

6.Soulever routil avant de I'arr_ter.S'assurer que la meule s'est completement arr_t6e avant de poser I'outil.
