Cornstarch | 1 1/2 cups |
Cooking oil | 1 qt |
Fresh garlic, minced | 2 tbsp |
Carrots, oriental sliced | 7 lbs |
Zucchini, julienne slices | 7 lbs |
Turkey, 1/2” cubes | 10 lbs |
1.Mix cranberry sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, water, cornstarch and sherry until smooth.
