4.4Host Connection Sample Topologies
4.4.1Simple, Direct Connection to Host Computers
The subsystem is directly connected to two application servers. Each server is equipped with two HBA cards.

Note that if a logical drive is associated with both an AID and a BID, logical drive’s performance may not be as good as those associated with two AIDs or two BIDs. A logical drive is managed by Controller A if it is associated with AIDs.
