Alternatively, Scorpion front panel settings may be set manually and ap- plied during the automated measurements under PATS software as fol- lows:

￿ On the Measurement Window click the Pause button

￿ On the Scorpion front panel press the “Clr / Local” button to take manual control of the Scorpion.

￿ Use Scorpion front panel controls to set the desired settings and/or

 

to perform a new calibration. (Note: Unless a new calibration is per-

 

formed, the manual settings must be consistent with the calibration

 

to be applied).

 

￿ Use the “Save Cal File to PC.” (Refer to Appendix A for detailed in-
