3.6.1 Do Not Disturb Exceptions
You can create a set of up to 20 numbers, calls from which are able to still ring you even when you have do not disturb
switched on. You can include wildcards in the number in order to create an exception for a range of numbers.
1.Press the Admin soft key on the display.
·During a call, press the PHONE button to display the Admin soft key option. If you access phone
administration during a call, only the SPEAKER, MUTE and HEADSET buttons still affect the
connected call.
2.Use the up or down arrow buttons to scroll to Telephone Programming. Press Select.
3.Use the up or down arrow buttons to scroll the display to DND Exceptions. When shown, press Select.
4.The current entries are displayed. Use the up or down arrow buttons to scroll through the list of numbers.
·To delete the currently displayed number press Delete.
·To add a new number start dialing or press Add. Dial the number and click Save.
·To add a wildcard, press the button for the highlighted row and select Dial X (single digit wildcard) or Dial
N (multiple digits wildcard) and then press Back.
·Exit phone administration by pressing the PHONE button. Alternatively use the Back button to move to
another menu.
