User menu settings

Thefollowing illustrates the user menu settings in hierarchical order. The TEL REGISTRATION,

USERSETTINGS, REPORT SETTINGS, TX SETTINGS, RX SETTINGS, FAX PRINTER, and

SYSTEMSETTINGS menus comprise the items shown on the following pages.

Takea few minutes to familiarise yourself with the user menu settings.

Toselect the desired menu, complete the

procedureas shown in the shaded area.

Press[FUNCTION], SELECT MENU is

displayedfor approximately 1 second

followedby the TEL REGISTRATION

menu.Use the arrow buttons to scroll

throughthe menus.

Press todisplay the SELECT MENU.

Press togo to the next menu.

Press togo to the previous menu.

Press whenyou wish to make a

changeto a setting.

Press toexit from the user menu

settings.

Wheneveryou make a change to a setting, press [START/COPY] and conﬁrm that DATA ENTRY OK

displayson the LCD. Unless this message displays, the setting has not been changed.

Whenyou return to the previous level, press [FUNCTION].
