REPLACING THE

TEMPERATURE

CONTROLLER

(TIC)

Always refer to the wiring dia- grams you received with your chiller to locate specific elec- trical components.

WARNING: Electrical hazard

Before performing any work on this unit, discon- nect and lock out electrical power sources to prevent injury from unexpected energization or startup.

1 Disconnect and lockout power to the chiller.

2 Snap the Temperature Controller board out

of the mounting case by pressing the snaps on both sides of the controller, and pulling outward at the same time.

3 Slide the new controller in until

it snaps into place.

4 Contact Conair Service for the temperature

setup list. This list tells you the correct settings for the controller parameters.
