PR-01703 Printhead Error
The printhead cam is not in the correct position to print.
Possible Cause: An internal printer component is stuck in the wrong position.
Solution: Fix the printer by clearing any obstructions. Power the printer off and on. (Disconnect the power cord from the printer power supply and then connect it again.) Send the card to print again.
If you cannot fix the problem, contact your service provider for assistance.
