PR-01710 EEPROM Error
Factory settings read problem.
Possible Cause: The printer had a temporary failure.
Solution: Power the printer off and on. (Disconnect the power cord from the printer power supply and then connect it again.) If the printer resumes and operates, the problem was temporary.
If you cannot fix the problem, contact your service provider for assistance.
