NOTICE: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap or by periodically touching a connector on the back panel of the computer.

1Remove the hard drive (see page 105).

2Remove the keyboard (see page 114).

3Remove the display (see page 124).

4Remove the palm rest (see page 130).

5Remove the system board (see page 135).

6Remove the speakers (see page 138).

7Remove the two M2.5x 6-mm screws on each side of the latch.

8Pull the latch straight up and away from the computer base.
