[Description] Selects device to which host computer sends data, using n as follows:

	Bit	Off/On	Hex	Decimal	Function
	0	Off	00	0	Printer disabled.
		On	01	1	Printer enabled
	1-7	-	-	-	Undefined.
[Details]	• When the printer is disabled, it ignores all data except for error-recovery commands (DLE
	EOT, DLE ENQ, DLE DC4) until it is enabled by this command.

[Name]	Cancel user-defined characters
[Format]	ASCII	ESC	?	n
	Hex	1B	3F	n

[Range]	32 ≤ n ≤	126

[Description] Cancels user-defined characters.

[Details]	• This command cancels the pattern defined for the character code specified by n. After the
	user-defined characters is canceled, the corresponding pattern for the internal character is
	printed.
	• This command deletes the pattern defined for the specified code in the font selected by
	ESC !.
	• If a user-defined character has not been defined for the specified character code, the printer
	ignores this command.
