Read time/date			E CT }	WCT	X1# ]	The Read format is day of week DD month year

						value (X#) for the processor’s location.
						GMT offset (-12.00 to +14.00) represents the
						time difference in hours and minutes
						(± hh:mm relative to Greenwich, England.
						The plus sign and leading zero are optional.
						Example: 5:30 = +05:30.
